Hampton Inn & Suites Albany At Albany Mall

Management are always greeting and friendly especially at breakfast time. The ladies are wonderful. Location is great, everything you need is next door. Rooms were big and clean especially the bathroom. I would book again. The entrance is hidden well right next to Waffle House and Steak ‘n Shake

I travel 2 months out of the year, on average, and this is by far one of the nicest Hilton Hotels I have stayed in. I'm so impressed. The lobby is immaculate. The room I stayed in looked brand new! The carpet was super thick and plush. The fridge was huge for a hotel fridge and actually cold! The bathroom was spacious and clean, with a ton of counter space. I could barely hear anything going on outside of my room. The parking lot does fill up early, however Lennis went out of his way to give me his spot since his shift was ending shortly. I just cannot say enough good things about this spot. Thank you for a great experience!

- Lynnes is very nice and very professional. Other staff isn’t as supportive and professional. - Rooms are clean and nice, a little worn but it just seems as it hasn’t been updated since it was built. - Breakfast is on the lower side, I’ve had way better breakfast. But thankful that there is some breakfast. - Laundry room is nice: 1 Washer 1 Dryer - Albany is not the best town, it’s super small and nothing happens here.

Great experience staying at Hampton Inn and suites in Albany. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel’s environment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant stay. During my stay, I encountered a minor issue with my card, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and worked quickly to help resolve the situation. Their prompt assistance made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in Albany. Their excellent service and attention to detail have made me a loyal guest.

I have stayed here multiple times. Every stay has been consistent with excellent and professional front desk service. All of the staff I encountered from cleaning staff to the associate that takes care of the breakfast service were all friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well taken care of. Im sure the front end staff are all wonderful but Julia and Ebony in particular knows what customer service truly is.

This is a great hotel, best in this town really. I travel for work and was told Albany is super sketchy, run down and to be careful. The other hotels I drove by were no good. I stopped in here and got a room. It’s got a very different decor than most Hamptons. I loved it! Room was clean, nice and a great layout. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were re-doing the room across from me as I was told it got flooded. Construction guys were great. They saw me enter my room and they turned their music down. They were so considerate and quiet and stopped working about 4pm. In the AM, I didn’t hear a peep over there. I even went down and had breakfast and they were working in the room with the door open and you couldn’t even hear them. I was in awwwww with that. Breakfast was so so. There is a lot of food in the area and a Starbucks across the way which made it very convenient. The other thing I appreciated about this hotel is you couldn’t hear doors slamming from other guests in the hotel which door slamming and people letting the door close on their own is so typical in most hotels because people don’t seem to care about shared space. I’d definitely stay here again as I felt safe and comfortable and I slept good.
